“The Environment and Climate Change 2018” International Conference will take place in Bucharest, on the 22nd – 23rd of November 2018. This year, the theme of the conference is “Exploring new horizons & Sustainable technologies to heal the Earth”. The conference focuses on the Environmental Sciences and Climatic Change, tackling current important environmental issues, such as environment polluting factors (air, water, soil), radioactive, thermal and light pollution, global warming, climatic change, sustainable technologies, renewable energies, environmental policies, biologic diversity preservation etc. The conference has 14 technical sections, plenary sessions, a posters’ session, exhibitions and a students’ workshop.
PhD Prof. Carmen Postolache, the Dean of the Faculty of Biology, will open the conference on behalf of the University of Bucharest and will also conduct the first session of the conference – “Environmental Sustainability and Development”.
The “Environment and Climate Change 2018” International Conference allows researchers, conservationists, specialists, students and stakeholders to debate on current environmental issues and find solutions to problems we face globally.
